This is done with myself and a colleague. 1 hour, $100.* Couples Massage - Bring a friend and I will have two massage tables side by side. Myself and my colleague will provide a 75 min. treatment for just $120.* Swedish Massage - Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. Price: $50/hr.*, $65/90min.* Hot Stone Therapy - is a type of bodywork that uses deep penetrating heat and/or alternating cold from specialized stones. The physiological benefits of alternating hot and cold to the body have long been scientifically and medically proven. Stone Therapy delivers a profound expansion and contraction inside your circulatory system, improving the function of your lymphatic and immune systems, and enhancing your body's self-healing mechanisms. This style of bodywork takes you into deep states of relaxation, releasing stress and anxiety, detoxifying the body, and balancing your nervous system. Price: $55/hr. * Warm Oil Scalp Treatment - Relieves tension in your head and scalp, combining specific massaging and brushing of the scalp, with soothing warm oil and herbal towels. 10-minute add-on: $10.00 Reiki - is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. I may use this technique in conjunction with your 60 or 90 minute massage. A Reiki Session alone lasts between 60-75 min. Price: $50/session Ionic Foot Detox Bath - is a type of therapy which balances the body’s natural energy system.
